What is the investment?
The lymphatic drainage course costs $600.00 (plus GST). This includes a Lymphatic Drainage massage before the course begins, (approx. 2 hours) 16 hours of class instruction and the final student to teacher Lymphatic Drainage massage sometime after the last class in order to obtain the certificate (approx 2 hours), for a total of 20 hours of instruction.

Benefits of manual Lymphatic Drainage:
The lymphatic system is made up of a series of vessels nodes and key organs which facilitate the movement of the lymph through the system. The lymph vessels carry the excess water, proteins and wastes from the connective tissue back to the blood stream. This process is naturally occurring through exercise and deep yogic breathing. Manual lymphatic drainage is an alternative method of stimulating lymph flow. The gentle, rhythmic pumping actions follows the direction of the lymph flow in the system, thus allowing the lymph to be circulated more rapidly. Lymphatic Drainage massage is beneficial for aiding in healing after cold or flu, or other compromises to the immune system. It works well in conjunction with a cleanse to help flush toxins and boost immune function. It is a stimulating and refreshing massage which is beneficial when exercise has become a low priority.
